Undoubtedly, an interesting contribution is made by the Live Streaming system . Through the application, it is possible to broadcast a live video to the smartphones of the customers concerned and vice-versa, from the customer to the dealer. This enables, for example, showing to the customer of the conditions of a vehicle undergoing maintenance and illustrating the reasons behind the quote or the customer can directly show the problem to the mechanic even before taking the machine to the workshop.

The VideoChat service, instead allows customers to be able to communicate with the operator via call or video call at all stages following the sale. Furthermore, it will be possible to use the platform to send Attachments: brochures, estimates, information material and documents will be delivered to the customer and AutoMovie will send the operator a notification when they are opened.

Through the Online Estimate system it is possible for the customer to request a quote from the operator, who, similarly to the attachments, will receive a notification when the estimate is opened together with any acceptance.
